Design and Brainstorming
The "Get RED Certified" branding was developed to energize Toro’s certification program with a bold, recognizable identity. We began by brainstorming names that would feel action-oriented, memorable, and aligned with Toro’s legacy of excellence—“Get RED Certified” stood out for its clarity, urgency, and brand resonance. Once the name was locked in, we designed a system of hexagonal badge graphics to visually represent each certification tier, using strong geometric shapes and Toro’s signature red to convey credibility and progression. The badges were crafted to work across digital and print formats, with clear hierarchy and consistent styling that reinforces the program’s structure. From initial sketches to final production, the process was highly collaborative, ensuring every asset felt cohesive, motivational, and unmistakably Toro.
Logo Assets
For Toro’s RED Certified program, we designed a comprehensive suite of 18 distinct badge assets to represent various roles and certification levels. Each badge was carefully crafted to maintain consistency in shape, color, and branding while clearly differentiating between titles such as Service Technician, Mobile Technician, Service Advisor, and Service Leader—across four progressive tiers (I through IV). This structured visual system allows for easy recognition and scalability, supporting both internal training initiatives and external communications. The final collection reflects Toro’s commitment to professional development and brand integrity, with each asset reinforcing the value and credibility of RED Certification
Red Certified Poster Design
This poster was created to visually anchor Toro’s RED Certified program with bold clarity and structured hierarchy. We focused on showcasing the full certification pathway—from entry-level roles to advanced tiers—using a grid layout that emphasizes progression and professionalism. Each badge was meticulously designed to maintain brand consistency while distinguishing between roles like Service Technician, Mobile Technician, Service Advisor, and Service Leader. The hexagonal shapes and red-gray palette reinforce Toro’s identity, while the “Get RED Certified” callout adds energy and urgency. Our goal was to create a piece that’s both informative and motivational—serving as a visual roadmap for career development and a proud display of achievement.
